Mark your calendars for October 31 and join Vintage Air Tours at one of South Texas’ most unique aviation events—the Texas Barnstorming Museum Annual Fly-In & BBQ Fundraiser.
This family-friendly event brings together pilots, aviation enthusiasts, students, and community members for a day dedicated to preserving aviation history and supporting aviation education. Whether you arrive by airplane or automobile, everyone is welcome.
Supporting the Next Generation of Aviators
The Texas Barnstorming Museum is best known for its exceptional high school aviation program. Students have the opportunity to learn about airport operations, aircraft maintenance, aviation safety, and the day-to-day responsibilities that keep airports and airplanes operating safely.
Programs like these are helping inspire the next generation of pilots, mechanics and aviation professionals. By attending the Fly-In & BBQ Fundraiser, you’re helping support hands-on educational opportunities that introduce young people to careers in aviation.
Great Airplanes and Great BBQ
In addition to supporting a worthy cause, visitors can enjoy a variety of aircraft displays, meet local pilots, and experience the camaraderie that makes the aviation community so special.
Of course, no Texas aviation event would be complete without great food. The annual BBQ fundraiser serves up plenty of delicious barbecue, making this a perfect outing for families, aviation fans, and anyone looking for a unique experience in South Texas.
Meet the Vintage Air Tours Team
The Vintage Air Tours crew will be on hand to share our passion for historic aircraft and aviation history. We look forward to connecting with fellow aviators, future pilots, and community supporters throughout the day.
Whether you’re interested in vintage aircraft, aviation education, or simply looking for a fun event with great food and great people, the Texas Barnstorming Museum Annual Fly-In & BBQ Fundraiser is an event you won’t want to miss.
We hope to see you there on October 31!
